Bee-Clean Building Maintenance is currently looking for reliable and hardworking Janitorial Crew Members to join our team in Timmins and the surrounding area .

We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available. If you take pride in your work, have solid attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team to maintain clean, safe, and professional environments, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Janitorial Crew Member, you will work as part of our team to provide high-quality cleaning and janitorial services for our clients. Responsibilities may include:

- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing floors
- Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms
- Cleaning offices, common areas, entrances, hallways, and other assigned areas
- Emptying garbage and recycling containers
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Cleaning glass, doors, and high‑touch surfaces
- Restocking washroom and cleaning supplies
- Performing general janitorial and cleaning duties as assigned
- Using cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and correctly
- Following Bee-Clean safety procedures and site‑specific requirements




- Working cooperatively with other crew members to complete assigned duties
- Reporting hazards, damaged equipment, supply needs, or other concerns to your supervisor
- Completing assigned work to Bee-Clean’s quality standards

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who:

- Are reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in their work
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Are able to follow instructions and safe work procedures
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude
- Are comfortable with the physical requirements of janitorial work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
- Have previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience, which is considered an asset; however, training may be provided
