Candidates should possess a strong background in Electrical Utility Construction, emphasizing substations or BESS. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive estimates from project site visits
• Assemble estimates with Engineering support
• Review and validate outsourced estimates




• Incorporate historical data into cost models
• Prepare bid submission deliverables
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary education in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5 years in utility construction or 3 years in specific estimating
• Proficient in InEight Estimating Software
• Solid knowledge of estimating practices and techniques
