Our client, a well-known healthcare organization, is looking for a Recruitment Assistant on a 6 month contract. As a Recruitment Assistant you will be supporting the HR team with recruitment and administrative support through the recruitment process.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Prepare and send offer and employee transfer letters.
- Administer onboarding tasks for recent hires using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Create job postings and process hires in the ATS.
- Support internal recruitment and qualifying processes for union employees.
- Coordinate reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Schedule interviews and support recruitment operations.




- Administer online employment testing for clerical positions.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the Recruitment team as required.

Who You Are:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field, with some HR/recruitment or office administration experience.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong organizational, administrative, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate schedules, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams; experience with ATS/HRIS systems is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
