In this position, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, take reservations, and ensure accurate financial transactions during your shifts. Effective communication with various departments and assisting guests with their needs will be crucial. Candidates must be comfortable working individually and handling potential conflicts, while also being proficient with technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming telephone reservations
• Check guests in and out quickly and accurately
• Process payments using cash or credit
• Coordinate with all departments regularly
• Provide assistance to guests throughout the night
Requirements:
• Availability for Night Audit shifts every week
• Must work Friday and Saturday nights
• Comfortable using computers for reservations
• Robust communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage conflict while awake
