This is a seasonal position lasting until 13 February 2027. As a Sales Assistant, you will be key to delivering exceptional customer service and creating joyful experiences on the shop floor. Your responsibilities will include helping customers find the right products while maintaining a tidy store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
• Assist customers across all departments on the shop floor
• Process Click & Collect and Home Delivery orders
• Maintain store presentation and tidiness
• Operate tills, ensuring friendly checkout experiences
Requirements:
• Solid customer service orientation
• Experience in homeware products preferred
• Proactive and friendly approach to assisting customers
• Ability to contribute positively to team dynamics
• Comfortable with stock management and heavy lifting
