Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and guests to the facility
• Address fitness-related questions and offer assistance
• Manage processing of day passes and recent member appointments




• Ensure cleanliness of the front desk area and surroundings

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience required
• CPR/First Aid certification must be current
• Relevant post-secondary education desirable
