Job description:Industrial Automation | Project Delivery & Customer LeadershipLocation: Rosemont, OntarioSeeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own the execution of industrial automation projects, from single-robot work cells to complex, multi-robot assembly and welding systems, for a growing integration company.This role owns projects from kickoff through customer acceptance, delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and quality while building robust, long-term customer relationships. It is ideal for someone technically fluent and confident leading cross-functional teams and challenging technical decisions when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project scope, schedule, budget, and risk from order intake through final buyoffManage multiple automation projects of varying size and complexity at the same timeLead quoting, process planning, detailed schedules, resource plans, and cost trackingLead kickoffs, design reviews, internal milestones, and customer reviewsAct as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleLead meetings with team leads and question technical decisions across controls and programmingOversee commissioning and validation, and delegate site tasks to junior staffCoordinate cross-functional teams across mechanical design, controls, tooling, manufacturing, and installationIdentify and mitigate technical, schedule, and commercial risksQualifications:Qualifications5+ years in project management,
