As the ELCC Manager, you will provide leadership to a team dedicated to serving Métis citizens across Saskatchewan. Your responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring program compliance, and participating in the development and evaluation of programming. Engage with stakeholders to enhance community partnerships and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to ELCC employees
• Lead program planning and evaluation processes
• Monitor and manage financial reporting and budgets
• Develop policies ensuring effective program delivery
• Oversee stakeholder engagement and reporting
Requirements:
• ECE Level III certification or equivalent
• Five years of experience in early learning or community programming
• At least two years in supervisory roles
• Robust communication and analytical skills
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license
