The organization is supported by a diverse funding model that includes grants, community fundraising, and donor support.Position SummaryReporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership to advance the organization’s mission, deepen community impact, and strengthen long-term sustainability.This role oversees fund development, staff leadership, and organizational performance.
