Set up Vendor in accounting system.Check invoice information and save it in the corresponding folder.Assist in validating Concur invoice submission to ensure HST information and receipts are valid.Collect credit card transaction invoices save in corresponding folder.Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required (including but not limit to: Assist in Book entries for USD tracker; Book entries for short-term investment; Monthly roll overshort-term investment; Update exchange rate every month)Skills & QualificationsCurrently enrolled student in a post-secondary program, majoring in Accounting or Finance related fieldAvailable to begin the role in September 2026, with an expected commitment of approximately 8 months.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word,
