You will coach leaders through complex performance discussions and ensure effective performance management across various employee lifecycle stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build proactive relationships with EPDD leaders
• Coach managers in performance management and ER issues
• Analyze data to improve organizational health




• Develop and manage impactful talent programs
• Utilize AI for enhanced operational efficiency
Requirements:
• 4-7 years of progressive HR experience
• At least 1 year in a dedicated HRBP role
• Strong understanding of Canadian employment law
• HRIS proficiency, preferably in Rippling
• AI fluency with workflow improvement experience
