Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a full‐time IT Systems Lead to work at our Mississauga Office. This position is for a newly created role.ResponsibilitiesEngage stakeholders and establish their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.Develop the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOCs.Identify dependencies, key status, and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.Manage the resolution of all Workstream‐related issues, identify and escalated any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.Coach, mentor, and support the career development of GTAA staff.Ensure that service and maintenance provisions for all systems are in place to support and sustain operations to agreed service levels.Ensure end‐users have validated their systems against operational requirements so that they are ready for trials and ultimately live operations.Define systems objectives and agree baseline requirements and operational configurations with stakeholders, ensuring these are provisioned for and budgeted appropriately.QualificationsRequired Qualification: College degree with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the relevant field.Preferred Qualifications:10 years' experience in managing or leading large and complex programs.5 years of experience in a management position.Solid organization and communication skills.Previous experience with ORAT program(s) is a must.Ability to analyze and produce solutions to ORAT challenges in respective workstream.Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing management‐level reporting to enable effective decision making.Thorough understanding of the aviation industry and, more specifically, a good understanding of holistic airport operations is considered an asset.ORAT experience in large international airport projects greater than CAD $500 M is an asset.Additional InformationThis position requires on‐site/out‐of‐office work 5 days a week.Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
