Your background in business analysis and technology will enable you to manage insurance applications, ensure system reliability, and provide Level 1 technical support. Collaborate with stakeholders while adhering to established SLAs to support organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and translate business needs into system solutions
• Participate actively in user acceptance testing
• Configure and maintain insurance applications like Guidewire
• Manage user access and support for insurance systems
• Provide technical support and incident resolution
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or IT management
• Business Analyst education or experience preferred
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in insurance applications is a plus
