Candidates should possess a proven history of successful donor engagement and project execution in an educational setting.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement fundraising strategies for diverse faculties- Engage major gift prospects with a target of $500K+- Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic fundraising projects- Support initiatives that align across faculties for broader impact- Manage the Faculty case for support to guide messagingRequirements:- At least 8 years of fundraising expertise- Demonstrated ability to secure significant contributions- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proven leadership in a team-oriented workplace- Must be bilingual in English and FrenchLead the charge in transforming fundraising efforts at McGill, and shape meaningful educational initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
