Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Technician will be assigned to a variety of machinery repair tasks required by our loyal customers.As a Field Technician your key responsibilities will include:Diagnosing, repairing, and completing routine maintenance and safety inspections on a variety of material handling equipment and machineryMaintaining effective and consistent communication with the Service Dispatcher regarding ongoing Service jobs, and completing assigned tasks in a timely mannerDiscussing Service job details with customers and communicating a clear understanding of the job scope and repair requirementsCommunicating with the Parts department via phone and email to ensure required parts are ordered, and preparing required parts before visiting job sitesMaintaining proper documentation where needed, including work order forms and warranty paperworkReporting any safety incidents promptly and adhering to all safety policiesRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge,
