Engage with First Nations communities as a Community Relations Representative with the First Nations Health Authority. This hybrid role focuses on communications and collaborative health benefits engagement.
Located in the Fraser Salish Region, this permanent position involves liaising between Health Benefits and community members. You will identify solutions that improve health outcomes while implementing community engagement plans. Candidates should have a solid foundation in health-related education and significant experience with BC First Nations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate communications for Health Perks outreach
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations
• Analyze community needs and write reports




• Manage issues and escalate when necessary
• Build effective relationships within diverse communities
Requirements:
• University degree in Health Sciences or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant coordination experience
• Experience working with First Nations at community level
• Strong communication skills in written and oral forms
• Knowledge of health issues affecting First Nations
Leverage your skills in community engagement and relationship-building for the benefit of First Nations health initiatives.
