Delta Housing Be Mine Society (DHBMS) is a registered charity dedicated to advocating for affordable, inclusive housing and meaningful community connections for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteer Board Members who want to lead with a purpose in our community.

We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and are particularly interested in those with experience or an interest in:

- Social media and digital communications
- Technology or website management
- Marketing and community engagement
- Fundraising and grant writing
- Legal, or governance
- Human resources
- Community development and advocacy

Responsibilities

As a Board Member, you will help guide the organization's future,



support community initiatives, and work alongside a dedicated team committed to inclusion and belonging.

Qualifications

We seek volunteers with experience or interest in the areas listed above and a passion for advancing inclusive housing and community belonging. Prior board experience is welcome but not required.

Time Commitment

Approximately 3–5 hours per month, including board meetings and occasional events.
