The Role We are seeking a senior, experienced Bookkeeper capable of working independently and managing complex financial processes with minimal oversight. This role is on‑site, requires comfort with volume, deadlines, and structured processes, and is NOT suitable for junior or entry‑level candidates. Key Responsibilities Full‑cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Prepare and issue monthly client invoices accurately and on time Process bi‑weekly payroll and handle year‑end payroll filings (T4s, ROEs, etc.) Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain organized electronic financial records and documentation Support HST and other tax‑related filings Work daily in QuickBooks Desktop (experience is mandatory) Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Identify discrepancies and resolve issues independently Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on bookkeeping experience in a high‑volume environment Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required) Proven experience managing payroll, reconciliations,
