This term position ends March 31, 2027.How you'll make a differenceAs a NorQuest Instructional Assistant, you will facilitate learning in the lab setting in Edmonton and/or Wetaskiwin, so the ability to travel to these locations is a requirement.Instructional Assistants help our learners acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitude to be successful and safe practitioners within their scope of practice.This role works with students on campus in the lab setting.The hours of work can vary.Lab courses are offered on weekdays and weekends, during day and evening.Setup/ take down of lab according to lab schedule.Monitoring and organizing lab supplies, lab equipment, and lab materials.Ensure lab materials are prepared prior to the lab course.Collaborate with lab team to ensure effective facilitation of lab courses.Responsibilities include supervising students, maintaining a facilitative and supportive learning environment, maintaining appropriate student records of attendance and performance, providing appropriate feedback to students on performance, notifying appropriate individuals of student concerns,
