This is a ground‑floor opportunity to shape our Canadian market strategy with the full backing of a global OTR tire manufacturer.What You’ll Do:Identify, develop, and close current business opportunities across Canadian mining and heavy construction sectorsBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision-makers at mine sites, OEMs, and rental fleetsDevelop market intelligence on competitor activity, customer fleet profiles, and procurement cyclesCollaborate with our technical and logistics teams to deliver tailored tire solutions and after‑sales supportRepresent Hai’an Rubber at industry events, mine sites, and regional mining associationsWho You Are:8+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in mining, heavy equipment, or OTR tiresDeep understanding of the Canadian mining landscape—you know the players,
