Counter/ Inside Sales Representative- Milton, ONThe Counter/ Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, offering pricing terms, preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs, offering product knowledge to customers, and expediting orders efficiently.ResponsibilitiesDirectly servicing the customer via phone & counter salesMaintaining a high level of customer serviceConfirming stock availability and suggesting alternativesPutting away counter stockMaintaining the showroom and counter shelvesPicking, receiving and shipping duties when requiredQualificationsExcellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledgeProduct knowledge of the electrical business is essentialGood organizational skillsComputer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry.The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 – 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
