Our client seeks a skilled Financial Analyst to support customer tooling budgets and perform inventory accounting. You will track tooling projects, prepare audit schedules, and assist with financial inquiries. A strong background in manufacturing and proficiency in Excel are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track tooling workorder budgets
• Invoice completed tooling projects and follow up on collections
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with inquiries
• Maintain standard manufacturing costs and Bill of Material accuracy
• Complete monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements:
• University degree in accounting or related field
• CMA/CPA designation or nearing completion preferred
• Four years’ experience in a manufacturing workplace
• High proficiency in Excel required
• Detailed knowledge of GAAP and strong communication skills
