You'll be responsible for initiating outreach, building trust with developers, and guiding proposals through to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify TES and district energy opportunities in Canada
• Educate developers on the TES product and its value




• Align product narrative with developer priorities
• Build long-term relationships across organizations
• Lead pitch and proposal development processes
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in real estate development or energy services
• Deep understanding of the real estate development lifecycle
• Existing relationships in Metro Vancouver or Toronto
• Proven track record of consultative business development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
