and the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives outlined in the operations action plan.Oversees operations to ensure efficiency through the analysis of established performance indicators.Controls goods receiving, inventory and stock management, physical inventory adjustments, cooler waste, product expiry, FIFO, etc.Analyzes and resolves work‑related issues or assists employees in resolving problems encountered on the job.Applies and enforces company processes and methods related to health and safety, as well as the provisions of the collective agreement.Encourages and fosters a positive work setting, notably by continuously seeking to improve employee engagement and teamwork.QualificationsMinimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role (unionized team)General knowledge of logistics and transportation (a strong asset)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAvailable to work the overnight shift: Monday to Friday, from 12am to 8amAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
