What You’ll Do
- Assist in the manufacturing of sheet metal products for the residential and commercial HVAC industry.
- Support production and fabrication processes.
- Operate tools and equipment safely following training.
- Read and follow production specifications and instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and able to attend work consistently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools accurately (e.g., tape measures, rulers, and gauges).
Education
- Grade 10 or equivalent.
Compensation
- Starting wage $17.50 per hour.
- Wage increase following a successful 90-day evaluation period.
