audio, sponsorships, and partnershipsManage agencies and vendors where applicableCreative Strategy & TestingLead direct‑response creative strategy and experimentation, especially on MetaBuild structured creative testing frameworks (angles, formats, hooks, offers)Partner with Brand to ensure performance learnings inform broader creative developmentCRO & Funnel OptimizationPartner closely with the Growth Product Manager to improve conversion across landing pages and sign‑up flowsUse channel and creative insights to inform CRO priorities and experimentationHelp close the loop between media, creative, and on‑site performanceUnit Economics & Decision MakingMaintain a strong understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback by channelEvaluate performance through an incrementality and efficiency lensUse data to inform confident recommendations on where to scale, hold, or pull back investmentLeadership & CollaborationManage and develop one direct reportAct as a senior operator and thought partner within the Growth teamWork cross‑functionally with Brand, Product, Analytics, and Finance to align strategy and executionWho You Are5+ years of relevant experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in subscription, DTC, or consumer techHands‑on experience with Meta (account structure, creative testing, scaling, attribution)Experience contributing to acquisition strategy and budget planningStrong background in direct‑response creative testing and scalingClear understanding of unit economics and marketing efficiencyExperience working across both performance and mid‑funnel channelsComfort with managing meaningful budgets, forecasting, trade‑offs,
