introductory letters and receive walk‑in clientsContact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policyPrepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for clients, issue insurance certificates, process changes and review renewalsKeep current on underwriting rules and workflow processesActively participate in training initiativesParticipate in community marketing initiativesProcess Account Receivable activitiesProvide guidance and assistance as requestedWhat You Bring To The TableMinimum 1‑year Personal Insurance experience preferredAIC Level I License or willing to obtainExposure to Epic is an assetStrong customer focusDemonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfullyStrong analytical and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
