I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area.Mission Your day will look like this:Prepare, review, and file all corporate income tax returns for the organization's entitiesPrepare income tax provisions for all entities and work with auditors on year‐end audit requestsFully manage all domestic and international corporate tax auditsWork closely with the Finance team on various projects, including accounting reporting, processes and controls, cash‐flow management, transfer pricing, acquisitions, and tax structuresPrepare and maintain all corporate tax accounts and reconciliationsWork closely with HR and the payroll department to prepare all information returns related to non‐resident withholding taxProvide technical tax assistance and ensure compliance with domestic and international tax laws and regulationsResearch tax implications for domestic and international commercial transactions, sales, and leasesNegotiate tax indemnification clauses in contractual agreementsOversee and support tax audits: consult and negotiate with auditors, establish procedures for audit research and preparation, and approve audit data for auditor review; review and adjusttax strategies, procedures,
