In this leadership role, you’ll act as the first point of contact during the Supervisor’s absence. You will also coach Reservations Agents and prepare important performance reports.

• Lead daily operations in Supervisor's absence

• Handle escalations and billing inquiries effectively
• Prepare reports related to call conversions and occupancy
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service reservations
• Experience with PMS Systems like Opera Cloud
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
