This full-time Equipment/Grader Operator role will have you reporting to the Regional Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring the ongoing safety of roads through comprehensive inspections and maintenance. A minimum of three years of experience is required, along with knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and operational safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safe and accessible gravel roads
• Carry out pre- and post-operation inspections
• Identify and address maintenance needs on equipment
• Log detailed work orders in Maximo
• Partner with maintenance colleagues to address priorities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in grading
• Experience in off-highway equipment operation
• Basic proficiency in computer usage
• High School Diploma or equivalent needed
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
