Our services are varied, but include strategy and implementation, impact measurement, assessment of policies, programs and management systems, assurance over sustainability-related data and greenhouse gas emission verification.We are looking to expand our team of professionals focused on providing high value, independent, trusted advice to our clients as they transition to a more sustainable economy.Our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCASS) team is growing exponentially, and as a Manager, you’ll play a key role in that growth with the provision of Environment, Health and Safety advisory services.Working across many industries, you’ll develop your career by communicating creative, strategic goals both internally and externally. It’s all about listening to and understanding our clients to give them a truly exceptional experience in a field where there really are no off-the-shelf recommendations.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Manager, you will support the delivery of complex EHS advisory engagements from scoping through to execution and client outcomes, operating across strategy, assessment, and implementation mandates. Given the breadth and variability of the work, no two projects will be the same—you will be expected to think critically, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to structuring practical, business-driven solutions to complex issues. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams,
translating technical EHS considerations into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of engagements spanning operations, risk, and digital enablement, requiring robust collaboration across service lines to deliver integrated solutions. You will also handle business development efforts, contribute to high-quality deliverables under tight timelines, and help manage engagement delivery across multiple workstreams.
