You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide them through the purchase process, all while delivering an outstanding luxury car-buying experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring customers have a seamless experience.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing expert advice on vehicle selection, features, and financing options.Stay up-to-date on the latest BMW models, features, and technologies to provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.Understand customer needs and offer personalized recommendations based on their preferences and lifestyle.Work closely with the sales team, management, and service departments to ensure a smooth transaction process and outstanding customer service.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the BMW brand.RequirementsMinimum of 2-5 years of proven success in automotive sales, luxury sales,
