• Assess and assist customer buying decisions
• Promote company programs and product promotions
• Ensure visual presentation and store cleanliness
• Address and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Support store operations in various areas
Requirements:
• Sales or service experience of one year preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is ideal
• Proven ability to deliver superior customer service
• Aptitude for outdoor products and industry trends
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s is a plus
