Project Procurement SpecialistAgilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Procurement Specialist in the Energy Sector in Calgary, Alberta. This role is critical in ensuring procurement strategies are aligned with complex project execution requirements, with a strong focus on EPC environments, contractor management, and construction procurement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with construction scope, schedule, and budgetLead sourcing activities for construction contractors, EPC packages, equipment, and project servicesManage RFx processes, including bidder prequalification, bid evaluation, and contractor selectionStructure and negotiate construction and EPC contracts, ensuring clear scope, deliverables, and risk allocationSupport bid leveling, scope definition, and commercial evaluations for major construction packagesIdentify and mitigate risks related to contract fragmentation, change orders, delays, and interface managementCoordinate closely with engineering, project management, and construction teams to align procurement with project executionMonitor supplier and contractor performance, including expediting, delivery, claims, and contract closeoutQualifications15+ years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on project and construction procurementProven experience supporting or leading procurement for major capital or construction projectsStrong expertise in EPC contracts, construction services,
