Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support safe transfers using mobility aids
• Document health changes and report to nursing staff
• Administer medications per care plans

Requirements:
• Alberta Health Care Aide Certificate
• Active status on Alberta HCA Directory
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Police Information Check (recent)
• Experience in long-term care or group home settings preferred
