Position Summary

The Server is responsible for delivering a positive guest experience through attentive, professional food and beverage service. This role represents the Restaurant to guests and plays a key role in maintaining service standards, teamwork, and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide accurate information on menu items and features
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly

Food & Beverage Service

- Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards
- Sell and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing requirements
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns appropriately

Payment & Service Flow

- Handle customer payments accurately and responsibly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

Teamwork & Standards

- Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members
- Adhere to service, conduct, and appearance standards
- Participate in tip-out and gratuity procedures as outlined in policy

Certifications

- ProServe certification required where applicable
- Food Handling Certification may be required

Working Conditions

- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Carrying trays and service items
- Quick‑paced, customer‑facing environment
