This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high‑stakes matters across a broad range of practice areas while working closely with experienced partners and mentoring junior lawyers.You’ll play a central role in developing litigation strategy, managing sophisticated files, and delivering strong advocacy in a cooperative, client‑focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a diverse caseload including commercial litigation, civil disputes, and/or regulatory mattersDevelop and execute litigation strategies from inception through resolution, including trials and appealsDraft and review pleadings, motion materials, factums, affidavits, and complex legal correspondenceConduct advanced legal research and provide strategic advice to clientsAppear regularly on motions, discoveries, case conferences, pre‑trials, and hearingsAct as lead or second chair in trials and arbitrations, as appropriateOversee trial preparation including preparation of briefs, witness examinations, and overall case strategyLiaise directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staffManage timelines, budgets,
