At SoleScience, you won’t grind devices all day only to run the retail floor and then chase insurance paperwork. Pedorthics, manufacturing, retail, administration, and research each have their own people and work together to support one another — so you can focus on what you trained for: assessing how someone moves, then designing and fitting the custom orthotics, footwear, and compression that get them comfortable again.You’ll work across the full scope of the role — patient assessment, gait analysis, device design, and fabrication — using both traditional hand-made methods and modern digital workflows, including CAD/CAM design, milling, and 3D printing.Who we areSince 2002, SoleScience has built its reputation on one idea:your body isn’t a problem to fix — it’s a system to understand.Founded by Dr. Colin Dombroski (Ph.D., C.
