Full-time·Established practice and lab·Hand-made and digital workflowsThe roleWe’re hiring a Canadian Certified Pedorthist who wants to be a specialist, not a generalist doing five jobs at once. At SoleScience, you won’t grind devices all day only to run the retail floor and then chase insurance paperwork. Pedorthics, manufacturing, retail, administration, and research each have their own people and work together to support one another — so you can focus on what you trained for: assessing how someone moves, then designing and fitting the custom orthotics, footwear, and compression that get them comfortable again. You’ll work across the full scope of the role — patient assessment, gait analysis, device design, and fabrication — using both traditional hand-made methods and modern digital workflows, including CAD/CAM design, milling, and 3D printing.Who we areSince 2002, SoleScience has built its reputation on one idea:your body isn’t a problem to fix — it’s a system to understand.Founded by Dr. Colin Dombroski (Ph.D., C. Ped (C)), we’re a 10+ location practice across Southwest Ontario, with an in-house London lab that does both traditional orthotic manufacturing and digital CAD/CAM milling and 3D printing. For 20+ years we’ve been affiliated with sports medicine, surgery, and research at Western University — we publish research that moves the practice forward, and we teach in the Western Diploma in Pedorthics. We’re known among referring physicians as the clinic that will tell patients honestly whether they even need orthotics — because doing right by the patient always comes first. We take learning seriously,

aren’t afraid to do things a little differently, and genuinely enjoy the work. What you’ll doAssess and advise patients on orthotics, footwear, and compressionRun gait assessments as part of our GAiT Profile processDesign and build custom orthotic devices in our in-house lab — from hand fabrication to CAD/CAM milling and 3D printingFit, adjust, and follow up so every patient reaches their goalKeep accurate, professional patient recordsIt’s a hands-on, on-your-feet role in a clinic that cares about doing the work well.Who you areA Canadian Certified Pedorthist (C.
