Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date. Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges. Operate telephone switchboard station, process requests for wake-up calls, and advise guest of any messages. Count bank at end of shift and secure bank. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, and inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all materials prior to use.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. assist individuals with disabilities; Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Education: High school diploma or G.Related Work Experience: Less than 1-year related work experience.
