Our client is looking for an IAM Advisor to support supporting the company's IAM Modernization program from requirements and design through implementation and adoption. - 7243

- 7+ years of enterprise IAM experience with a strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Experience leading or supporting IGA strategy, vendor evaluations, requirements gathering, and platform selection initiatives (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance).
- Deep expertise in Identity Governance, lifecycle management, governance controls, IAM architecture, and modern cloud identity platforms, supporting the company's IAM Modernization program from requirements and design through implementation and adoption.
- Robust understanding of identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver), access requests, approvals, provisioning, role management, access certification, and segregation of duties.
- Experience developing IAM architectures, standards, governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
- Knowledge of hybrid identity architectures, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud identity integration patterns.
- Understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, and identity-centric security principles.
- Experience implementing or integrating IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions within large, complex organizations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and consulting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into IAM capabilities.
- Experience supporting regulatory, audit, compliance, and access governance initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting IAM modernization, identity transformation, or cloud adoption programs.
