In this full time role, you will report to the Manager of Enterprise Solutions, working collaboratively to deliver and improve the College's Salesforce Education Cloud. Your role includes not only administration and development but also acting as a technical advisor, ensuring that technology solutions are scalable and sustainable in line with institutional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain Salesforce Education Cloud functionality
• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders for business analysis




• Conduct quality assurance and testing on Salesforce developments
• Develop technical documentation and promote best practices
Requirements:
• Experience in Salesforce development and integration
• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Experience with data management and reporting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce governance practices
