As a Maintenance Technician with Realstar, you will live on-site and ensure over 22,000 rental apartments are well-maintained. This full-time position involves working four weekdays, alternating weekends, and being on-call during some evenings. Your responsibilities will span from minor repairs to resident interaction, creating a safe and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance as needed
• Interact with residents and manage tenant issues
• Keep common areas clean and tidy
• Operate small vehicles and assist with snow removal
• Maintain safety and quality standards on the property
Requirements:
• Skilled in residential property management or trades
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage physical tasks, including lifting 50-100lbs
• Basic computer skills for reporting
• Skilled appearance and attitude at all times
