Ready to join the coolest team at Kimberley Alpine Resort? We’re seeking a passionate Events and Experience Coordinator who thrives on creating memorable moments and unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll partner with our Marketing Manager to plan and execute exciting on-mountain events, while helping craft standout social media content that brings the resort to life.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, promote, and execute unforgettable on-mountain events and virtual experiences
- Supervise events staff to ensure activities run smoothly and safely
- Support the Marketing Manager with daily tasks and project coordination
- Collaborate on creating and posting engaging content across all social media platforms
- Contribute to marketing campaigns that get people excited about Kimberley Alpine Resort
- Track event performance and help improve outcomes through insightful reporting
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in coordinating and executing events — bonus points if it’s at a ski resort or in an outdoor setting!
- Experience working with young children
- Intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding skills — you’ll be spending time on the mountain
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 lbs
- Current and valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort using digital tools
- Photography and videography skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using content creation tools and social media platforms
- A team-oriented team player with a hands-on attitude

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive wage: $20.00-$22.00 an hour
