Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining visual merchandising, and executing operational directives.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Manager on duty: handle scheduling, customer complaints, discipline, and team support when Store Manager absent.Lead and execute sales strategy to meet KPIs and store sales targets.Provide outstanding customer service, promote membership programs, and maintain visual merchandising standards.Execute operational directives, maintain store technology, inventory, and facilities; manage cash and preparefor audits.Implement product and inventory management: receiving, pricing, stock counts, and visual merchandising, including back‑room organization.Recruit, train, and develop staff; oversee scheduling and staffing plans.Ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge,
