We exist to fix that.The RoleAs a Marketing Systems Engineer, you will work within active client programs to ensure their marketing system is performing, understood, and evolving.You will support kickoff and quarterly reviews, while owningmid-quarter Marketing Systems Engineering callswhere your role is to:Identify gaps in performanceDiagnose risks before they escalatesPresent clear system improvementsGuide clients on logical next steps within their programYou are expected to bring clarity and direction—not just information.What You’ll DoMid-Quarter System LeadershipLead mid-quarter Marketing Systems Engineering calls with key clientsAnalyze performance across the full system (traffic, conversion, sales alignment)Identify issues early and recommend structured adjustmentsUse internal tools (such as MSE Architect)
