If so, we have an exciting chance for you to join our dynamic team as a Senior Controls Developer specializing in vehicle dynamic controls and software implementations.Our team is working on advanced control methods to design and develop driveline systems for a wide range of vehicles and functions: from trailer braking control for trucks, to electronically locking differnetials for offroading vehicles, to eLSD for the performance vehicles. We are looking for a senior controls developer that can lead the design and development of various vehicle dynamics related control features in collaboration with the system teams, feature teams and calibration teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring optimal traction, stability, and vehicle dynamics, while also maximizing energy efficiency and driver satisfaction.There will also be the opportunity to work on GM's in-house software for mechanical AWD system.What You'll DoLead the design and development of various features such as trailer braking, electronics locking differntials, eLSD in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.Develop and implement control and diagnostic algorithms using advanced tools such as MATLAB or C.Support the development of requirements and ensure compliance with safety and government regulations.Analyze vehicle dynamic conditions and provide feedback on feature/system design.Define software unit tests, conduct hardware‑in‑the‑loop and vehicle tests, and ensure thorough software testing.Support resolution of vehicle, plant,



or customer issues related to controls and calibration.Mentor new team members to foster capability growth and knowledge sharing.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Computer Science or related fieldsKnowledge of and minimum3years of experience in controls system development.
