Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Class A Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport freight efficiently and reliably. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, automotive repair knowledge, and dedication to safety will ensure smooth deliveries and excellent service for our customers.
Duties
Safely operate Class A commercial trucks to transport freight across designated routes
Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs for all shipments
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate delivery schedules




Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to keep trucks in optimal condition
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure protected driving practices at all times
Qualifications
Valid Class A commercial drivers license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Experience with freight transportation and commercial driving operations
Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling
Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting vehicle issues
Ability to perform detailed pre-trip inspections and adhere to safety standards
Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
Physical ability to load/unload freight and operate heavy machinery as required

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
