As a Baker, you will work collaboratively within the bakery team, reporting to the Bakery Manager, to prepare various baked products for our customers. Your efforts in providing excellent service and maintaining bakery standards will directly impact customer satisfaction in one of our 1,500 stores across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality customer service in the bakery
• Prepare baked items for showcasing and sale
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bakery workplace
• Offer training assistance to new team members
• Follow company policies and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, independent role
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Minimum of three months related experience
