Your role will involve supervision and collaboration with the Mental Health Manager and peer staff, ensuring comprehensive support for student groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students
• Help coordinate development and retention programs
• Engage in community building activities with students
• Participate in the case planning process
• Support peer supervision and career development
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in social work, B.S.W. or similar
• Master’s degree in a related field is asset
• 1-3 years of counselling experience required
• Formal training in counselling approaches
• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
