Hours of Work 9 weekly -3 Three-hour shifts flexibility with days and times between (7a-9p) Reporting to the Director of Properties, this position is responsible for general cleaning tasks, large cleaning projects and project-based cleaning within the YWCA. This position will also work closely with Womens Housing to clear items from rooms and prepare rooms for move-in.

Qualification
- WHIMIS Certificate or willingness to obtain
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial housekeeping, janitorial services, or facilities support is an asset.
- Working from a feminist, anti-oppressive / anti-racist perspective.
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment is an asset.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must be able to provide a Criminal Record Check.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-traffic areas without disrupting daily operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, standing, and moving equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to support facility needs, including occasional task variations.
- Computer literacy required
ASSETS & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Connections with and knowledge of the Regina business community
- Experience working in and/or good understanding of trauma-informed practice.
